管理公司網站日常營運，包括處理訂單及客戶服務
負責管理貨品發佈、內容更新、庫存和銷售報告
管理並跟進本地和國外供應商以處理訂單
計劃跨境運輸事務
管理內部履行團隊和外部物流合作夥伴，以確保及時交付訂單及客戶的滿意狀況
供應商及其他外部合作夥伴的付款結算
處理客戶查詢及售後回饋
協助銷售和營銷，並執行數碼營銷活動
處理數據及文件
處理由主管分配的任務和臨時項目
協助流程/SOP 標準作業程序審查活動，以提高運營效率
Homie Living is a fast-growing inspirational driven e-commerce site with home categories goods focus, targeting young homeowners, based in Hong Kong.
The Role
Responsible for full-stack development of the site
Make suggestions and lead the implementation of new site enhancement
Work closely with the team for project implementation, enhancement, troubleshooting and debugging
Participate in monitoring and maintenance of business applications and production environment
Work closely with the founding team to lead the new functionality development including Machine Learning, 3D and AR Visualization.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Engineering / Data Science or similar concentration.
Experienced/interested in developing ecommerce and CMS system
Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, CSS, HTMLand writing cross-browser compatible code
Experienced/interested in MySQL/MongoDB
Experienced/interested in cloud technology such as AWS S3
Knowledge of Python and Machine Learning applications is a plus
Interest in 3D, AR visualization application
Interested in recommendation system development
Thirst for new skills and self-starter work ethic
Solution-driven and ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly e-commerce marketing animations and campaigns
Responsible for planning, execution and result reporting for monthly advertising/communication sales campaigns
Manage media plan and advertisement placement
Manage omni-communication channels (social, email, PR, website, Whatsapp)
Lead and execute seasonal sales exhibition or outpost events
Oversee B2B strategy and maintains relationships with business clients
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate home styling trends, brand awareness and competition
Handle task and ad hoc project assigned by immediate supervisor
Support in the process / SOP review exercise to enhance marketing efficiency
Requirements
HKCEE/ HKDSE or above
Experience with Google Analytics and ad placement portals will be a credit
Independent, self motivated, attentive to details and accuracy
Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese
Good command of PC software including Microsoft Office and Chinese typing
Fresh graduate will also be considered
Passionate about e-commerce, furniture, interior styling is a plus
Eager to learn about starting-up and join our energetic and young team!
